HAO Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

HAO Training Needs Analysis module uses a 3 dimensional competency-based approach to determine training needs of an individual. The 3 dimensional aspects that HAO analyses are:

  • Job Specification or Requirements
  • Individual's gaps against job requirements
  • Course that addresses the job requirements as well as the individual's gaps

    Training officer/HR uses the Course Catalog Management Module to create and maintain a catalog of organizational relevant courses that addresses its competencies.

    HAO Training Needs Analysis is seamlessly integrated with the Recruitment Management and Deployment Analysis and Management modules. Within each respective modules, HAO TNA Module identifies and shows a list of relevant courses for an individual by:

    • Analyzing the gaps of the individual against the job requirement
    • Selecting automatically the right course that addresses the gap
